AAPCO to Unveil New Name and Web Site at NAA Conference

CONCORD, NC - AAPCO Southeast announced it will formally introduce its new name at the 2008 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in June in Orlando, Florida. The company name has been changed to the AAPCO Group.

"This is a name that's more representative of who we are as a company today," said Skip Huddleston, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for AAPCO. With their headquarters in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, AAPCO Group will continue to have a strong presence in the southeast as always. But with offices now in the DC / Baltimore area and Los Angeles, it's clear the company is expanding into a number of areas throughout the U.S.

"At this point, we have the resources to take on multi-family apartment renovation projects anywhere in the country," Huddleston added.

In conjunction with the name change, AAPCO will also introduce their new web site at the NAA Conference. Like the name change, the new site is a more accurate representation of AAPCO's capabilities and leadership position in the multi-family apartment renovation industry. In addition to a description of AAPCO's array of renovation services, visitors to the site will be able to view case studies, get valuable tips such as how to make renovations that are environmentally friendly, and even connect with other industry resources.

"Our goal was to create a useful, easy to navigate site that will answer most any question visitors might have about our capabilities," said Huddleston. "Eventually we want the AAPCO web site to be a resource for multi-family property owners and on-site managers. We hope folks will stop by our booth at the NAA and let us show it off a bit."
