San Antonio Redo Uses Multiple AAPCO Services

The Palermo project in San Antonio offers up a variety of the services that AAPCO Group performs for our clients. The work has helped contribute to higher traffic and increased occupancy.

Carpentry Reconstruction

Part of this project included demo and reconstruction of the stair structures at the ends of the buildings throughout this property. This included framing the new stairs, some welding and steel repairs to the stair cases and installation of new stucco to the body of these structures.

Roofing Replacement

AAPCO tore off the existing roof system and installed a new, architectural shingle system throughout the property. This included the unit buildings, garages, car ports and common / amenity buildings. All vents and pipe boots were replaced. New drip edge was installed and flashing was replaced as needed.

Stucco Repairs

In addition to the stucco at the stairwells, AAPCO did stucco repairs throughout the property. Working with the owner's engineers we performed exploratory demolition. We identified and replaced a significant amount of rotten framing members within the stucco walls and then repaired the damaged stucco.

Exterior Painting

The property also received a full exterior paint system. This included painting of all siding, stucco, trim, doors, rails, etc.

Gutter replacement

AAPCO removed the existing gutters and installed new, seamless, aluminum, 6" gutters and 3" × 4" downspouts throughout the property.
