As part of the repositioning project for Polo Park in Nashville, Tennessee, AAPCO performed a re-skinning project that included house wrap and re-flashing of all penetrations. Combining this with AAPCO's other renovation services made a difference - to the bottom line.

Replacement Windows / Doors

AAPCO replaced existing sliding glass doors with French doors, installed all new front entry doors.

Siding Installation

As part of the repositioning for Polo Park, AAPCO performed a re-skinning project that included house wrap, re-flashing of all penetrations and a Hardie® siding install.

Roofing Replacement

Another aspect of the repositioning was the full roofing replacement, which greatly enhanced the property's appeal.

Railing System

AAPCO also installed PVC railing at all balconies.

In addition to the above named services, AAPCO also removed brick in select areas suffering from water intrusion, performed full balcony reconstruction, new gutters, and a complete exterior paint job. The client's goal of repositioning the profile level of the asset was met and the enhancements immediately led to increased traffic and occupancy.
